Production planning and execution
It all starts with our Sports Producer who oversees the entire production process, responsible for planning, budgeting, and ensuring the right crew is in place to deliver a quality production for the fans watching at home.
Next is the Director: Responsible for the creative vision of the broadcast, making decisions on camera angles, shot selection, and overall pacing.
Another important roll is the Technical Director (TD) : Operates the video switcher, executing the director's vision and ensuring that graphics, replays, and other elements are integrated smoothly into the stream.
